Most individual sessions last about 50-55 minutes for both intake and subsequent appointments.

The first session is an intake session. We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, and any questions you may have. It’s also an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.

Yes. All sessions are confidential and comply with HIPAA regulations. Information is only shared with your written consent or as required by law.

Yes. We provide secure online counseling for clients who prefer or require remote sessions.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
